You have to be honest to do what your doing on tv. I couldn never be that upfront about my weight, and would never go near a camera in my bathing suit. You are so brave
You do realise that you are beautiful regardless of what the scale says. I've been refusing to get on the scale lately because I finally came to the conclusion that my day could be made or broken depending on the numbers I saw. I threw it in Jamie's closet and haven't looked at it since.
